Shamanism
There is no definite description that gives an explanation of shamanism. Over tens of thousands of years ago, our ancestors all over the world discovered how to maximize human abilities of mind and spirit for healing and problem solving. The remarkable system of methods they used is known as ‘shamanism’, which originates from a Siberian tribal word that they used for their healers. Shamans travel on ‘journeys’ into hidden worlds through dream, near death experiences and myth. A Shaman acts as a mediator between the worlds of spirits and humans. Shamanic healing and wisdom is having a revival in today’s world of stress, depression and despair.
Modern lives can often become isolated, full of anxiety and a variety of diseases that stem for alienation from our true selves and the world around us. Shamanism with its ritual and connection to the earth and nature can help us deepen our connections in life, empowering us to discover more about who we are at core, and to help build better relationships with the world.
Shamanism healing looks to the trans-physical cause rather than just a physical symptom. By nurturing relationships and asking for healing on a spiritual level we can help clear illness in the mind and body. It is mostly a non invasive treatment.
Every Step is a Prayer
One of our old, old holy man said, ‘Every step is you
take upon the earth should be a prayer. The power of
a pure and gold soul is planted as a seed in every
person’s heart, and will grow as you walk in a sacred
manner.’ And if every step you take is a prayer, then
you will always be walking in a sacred manner.
